Native Instruments B4 Ii Serial Number

What Copy Protection Does Native Instruments Use? Hi all: I'm thinking about getting some Native Instruments software, but I don't want any software that uses ilok stuff, pace, or anything else beside just serials for copy protection.
I've never had any NI software except the free stuff and LE editions of NI stuff, so I don't know what kind of copy protection is used for their fully featured software. Also for those of you who have NI products, if they use copy protection other than just serial numbers and activation via Internet, is it a hassle to use whatever copy protection NI uses? I mean does the copy protection get in the way of using the NI software products (does it interfere with any functionality of the product), or does it create any problems when a re-installation from a clean installation of windows is needed? I've got my eye on getting Battery 3. Guitar Rig, and Kontakt 3, and maybe Komplete 5 if I can find a good price for Komplete 5 since the the new Native Instruments line of software is coming out. I know Komplete 5 includes those 3 products, so if I find a good price, I see that I wont have to buy those three products separately.
I also would appreciate it, if anyone can give me links to good pricing for these products mentioned above? Thanks in advance for any help. I have given up on NI due to their intrusive rights management software that phones home every time you use it.
Command Hooks on this page. I am becoming increasingly critical and wary of all copy protection garbage. Won't by it if it has it these days. At this point, I am moving toward analog more and more and one of the reasons is this copy protection.
Nobody's software is good enough to warrant intrusive code that is really little more than Big Brother. That and I am getting really sick of having to pay money for lousy feature enhancements, but that is an argument for another thread. Hopefully CW is paying attention. I wont buy any more stuff from you that requires 'activation' and potential problems later if I reinstall my OS (which I tend to do about once a year or more). I wont buy any more stuff from you that requires 'activation' and potential problems later if I reinstall my OS (which I tend to do about once a year or more). What problem/s do you encounter when you have to re-install windows, and then re-install your NI Product/s? This may be one of the issues I am concerned with before I buy a NI product.
